Shipping policy

 Pre-Order Shipping Timelines: All items are currently offered on a pre-order basis for the F/W 26 collection. Orders are manufactured and processed according to our release schedule, with estimated delivery windows provided at checkout.

 Domestic & International Shipping: We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates, carrier options, and estimated transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

 Order Processing & Fulfillment: Once your pre-order is ready to ship from our facility, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details.

 Returns & Prepaid Labels: A prepaid return label is included inside your package for your convenience in case an item needs to be sent back under our return guidelines.

 Lost or Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your package is damaged in transit or marked as delivered but missing, please contact us immediately at contact@aaliyahdeja.com so we can assist you with the carrier.
